T-Shirt Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs) govern your participation in Lyndons Pty Ltd (“Lyndons”) promotion, offering a free Lyndons Queenslander Limited Edition t-shirt with spend over $100 (inc GST) instore at Lyndons Trade Stores during the promotional period. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility:

• Valid for purchases only made instore at any Lyndons Trade Store during the promotional period or until that stores Queenslander Limited Edition t-shirt stock runs out.
• Excludes all phone and online orders.
• Is only valid for purchases whereby a Lyndons invoice is issued.
• Excludes Lyndons Wholesale Trade Accounts.
• Employees (and their Immediate Families) of Lyndons or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
   

2. Promotional Period:

• The promotion commences Monday 18^th May 2026 and ends Friday 26^th June 2026 or when the Queenslander t-shirt stock at the Lyndons Trade Store is exhausted, whichever comes first.
• Lyndons reserves the right to terminate or extend the promotion period at its discretion.
   

3. T-Shirt Redemption:

• Customers qualify for a free Limited Edition Lyndons Queenslander t-shirt with any purchase whereby they spend over $100 (in GST).
• T-shirts are subject to availability, and sizes are subject to availability.
• Limit of one (1) t-shirt per invoice.
• No splitting of invoices.
• No exchange of t-shirt if it does not fit.
   

4. General Conditions:

• The promotion is subject to availability and t-shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This promotion is not valid with any other offers or promotions.
• Lyndons reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
• T-shirts will only be given out instore at the time of the valid purchase. No t-shirt will be delivered or mailed.

5. Privacy:

• By accepting the t-shirt you agree that you may be required to have a photo taken which will only be used by Lyndons and you agree that the photo can be used for Lyndons marketing purposes including social media posts.

Participating in the Lyndons Promotion implies acceptance of these T&Cs, Lyndons reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion and T&Cs at its discretion.
