Covid-19 Update

The safety of our team, customers, suppliers and that of the wider community is extremely important to us.

From our CEO

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve I’d like to provide an update about the measures we are taking to protect our team, our customers, our suppliers, families and the wider communities.

We adhere to the measures that are mandated by the Queensland Government however we have also internally implemented further measures to assist us in managing this unprecedented environment in which we work.

We will continue to monitor and update our approach and guidance as the situation changes here in Queensland and nationally.

At present, all of our team members, state-wide, are required to wear a mask at all times. We also require all visitors to our sites, and this includes customers, suppliers, truck drivers and others to adhere to the 1.5m social distancing. Where 1.5m social distancing is not achievable then masks must be worn. We also require you to scan the QR code at the entrance to each of our stores or as displayed at the counter.

We reserve the right to request anyone that cannot wear a mask to remain outside of our store and we will attend to you as soon as we can. This is to ensure the safety of all and we request that you respect this and do not take it out on our team members as they are doing their utmost to continue serving you in a safe manner.

We will endeavour to update you of any changes through notices at our store entrances and at front counters. We ask that you read these and adhere to the updates which are always in line with the Queensland Government.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any concerns.

Yours sincerely

Andrew Rodgers
